C.R.E.W.- Community Revitalization Efforts of Wallingford

CREW.jpgC.R.E.W. is comprised of teachers and students from Lyman Hall and Sheehan High Schools in Wallingford, CT. Together they unite with Habitat for Humanity to rebuild a New Orleans community.

This page is a work in progress. Please check back often for updates. This is especially important at this time because we have just returned from a recent trip to St. Bernard's Parish and the New Orleans area. Many photos and video are being added as well as additions to the student journals.

Over two years after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, St. Bernard Parish remains devastated.

"Don't think that for one minute what you are doing is small or unimportant... You are helping to bring my neighborhood back." ~Chalmette Resident, Summer 2006
